What We Collect
We do not collect or store personal information ourselves. When you book a session, your name and email are collected directly by TidyCal, our appointment scheduling provider, as per TidyCal's own privacy policy. If you choose to contact us directly by email, that message is stored in our email inbox like any other email.
Why We Collect It
Information is collected solely for the purpose of scheduling and conducting tutoring sessions, communicating with students and parents/guardians, and improving the quality of service.
Data Processors
We use TidyCal for appointment scheduling and Google Meet/Zoom for conducting sessions. These third-party services process data in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
Data Storage and Deletion Requests
We do not operate any database or storage system of our own. Any personal information collected during the booking process (such as your name and email) is collected and stored directly by TidyCal, our appointment scheduling provider. To request access to or deletion of that information, please contact TidyCal directly through their platform. Information shared during lessons via Google Meet or Zoom is subject to those platforms' own privacy policies.
