Terms & Refund Policy
First Lesson
The first lesson is billed at the standard rate and is not free. If a student decides not to continue, they may request a full refund for their first lesson before booking a second lesson. Once a second lesson is booked, they are no longer eligible for this special first-lesson refund. This offer is separate from the standard cancellation and refund policy.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
A full refund is provided if a lesson is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, with the remaining 50% refunded. If a student does not attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice, no refund is provided for that lesson.
Rescheduling
Lessons may be rescheduled at no additional charge, provided at least 24 hours' notice is given before the scheduled start time. There is no limit on the number of times a lesson may be rescheduled, as long as each request meets this notice period.
Intellectual Property
All teaching materials, worksheets, notes, and resources provided during sessions remain the intellectual property of the tutor and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without prior written consent.
No Grade Guarantee
While every effort is made to support student progress, no guarantee of specific grades, scores, or outcomes is made or implied. Academic results depend on many factors including student effort, school curriculum, and examination conditions.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
